A 15-year dream to transform Harbour Beach into a residential and tourism hub has finally opened to the public.
The East Point Dunes Harbour Beach Project has opened up the first stage sales of the 68 hectare beachside residential blocks, more than a decade after the project was granted environment approval.
There were 15 blocks for sale in the Sol Precinct, which were made up of beachfront lots and allotments overlooking conservation spots.
The lots range from 300sq m to 745sq m, with terraces priced from $180,000 and traditional sized lots up to $300,000. Urbex has opened up sales of 15 blocks, the first lots to be sold at the 68ha Dunes Harbour Beach development at East Point, Mackay. Picture: Urbex
