first time in nearly a month the city of oakland is unoccupied. they cleared out the camp. kraig debro is in oakland to tell us what is going on this morning. reporter: the park is at 20th and harrison behind me a few people on the sidewalk. i tried to ask them what they were going to do next. i got various answers. look over to your left at snow park. that is where city workers are right now. over there probably trying to clean up the park a little bit after this live shot we will ask them what they are doing. the raid happened around midnight last night. by all accounts everything went smoothly. we caught the action as encampers were gathering their stuff together on the sidewalk and then some of them waiting for a ride somewhere else. i talked to we talked to one of the campers. he told us that just because this camp was raided doesn t mean they won t try to go somewhere else and try to continue this part of the political action. but by all accounts this went smoothly.
