The accused killer, charged with murder, assault and weapon possession, is the fourth teen charged in connection with last month’s melee that killed Justin Shaw and wounded another 20-year-old man.
An inmate at MCC told The News that orderlies worked to clean up the jail until 3 a.m. on Saturday, hours before the BOP officials arrived. Correctional staff told detainees the visit was due to the jail being “in the newspaper.”
