Yaw Tog named BET's Amplified Artist of the Month of April; Ghanaians celebrate… – Ghana Visions

– Ghanaian teen rapper, Yaw Tog, has been named the Amplified Artist of the Month by BET International – This means he will have the opportunity to be introduced to BET’s core audience globally – Yaw Tog made waves with his debut Ye Be Sore, in which he had Stormzy and Kwesi Arthur on the remix Ghanaian teen rapper, Yaw Tog has been selected by BET Africa as the Amplified Artist of the Month of April. In a tweet sighted by YEN.com.gh, the BET says it is proud to announce Yaw Tog as their choice for the month, explaining that Amplified is their seal of approval of the next big thing in music.

Many people also lost their lives to the perennial flooding. But since the drain was constructed here, we have not experienced flooding three years since; and we are really grateful. These words from 35-year-old Maame Efua, a resident of Mallam, summed up the joy of a people who have been liberated from perennial flooding that hanged like an albatross around the necks of residents. I met her at the Mallam Market,  where she plies her trade as a fish monger in December 2020.
