This hate crime is the most recent in a series of violent anti-Asian crimes that have occurred across America. And we know you’re here for fun weekend events, but it’s important to recognize how these hate-fueled crimes, which follow over a year of xenophobic, anti-Asian rhetoric around the coronavirus, are impacting our neighbors and communities.
