UC Riverside’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics this week released schedules for its spring athletic teams. Baseball UC Riverside head baseball coach Justin Johnson has announced the Highlanders’ 2023 schedule. YOUNGSTOWN John F. Kukura, 37, who is incarcerated at the Correctional Reception Center in Orient, has been indicted on 80 counts of possessing child pornography.
His charges accuse him of possessing obscene material that has a minor as one of the participants. The offenses are alleged to have occured on or about Oct. 20, 2020.
The charges are each a fourth-degree felony, each punishable by up to 18 months in prison.
Kukura was arrested in October as part of an online sex sting carried out by Mahoning County Sheriff Jerry Greene, the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force and a multitude of other local and state agencies.
