A police officer, based at Rochdale police station, who was left paralysed after a brain injury, had an emotional reunion with some of the nursing staff who helped ‘save his life’ as he completed a 300-mile charity run.
Tim Greenwood, of Chadderton, Oldham, has been running at least 10 miles every day throughout March as part of his #300in30 fundraiser for an NHS charity.
