Catherine Charlotte Fields Hudson, 85, daughter of the late Allen and Edna Fields, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 24, 2020 in Fountaintown, IN.
Born on December 22, 1935 in Pine Grove, WV, she moved to New Cumberland, WV, her beloved home for almost 80 years, before moving to live with her daughter, Lynn, in Indiana.
Her lifelong passion was for her Lord, her family, and her church. She shared her love and commitment to her Saviour, Jesus Christ, by raising her four children to know Him, and by serving Him faithfully in His body at New Cumberland Christian Church. She used her musical talent as pianist to accompany worship, choir, youth programs, including “Sing Out,” and Christian Endeavor. She also served as church secretary and custodian. Her love for the elderly endeared her to all at the Hancock County Senior Citizen Center while she was employed there. She is now hearing the Lord that she loved saying to her, “Well done, good and faithfu
