A Youngwood woman pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court to fraudulently renting cars out of a Monroeville rental car business in exchange for heroin. Jackie Lynn Neubauer, 41, pleaded guilty to aggravated identity theft and access device fraud in connection with a case originating in December 2022. According to police
