Town of Littleton to host public hearing: Change in ordinance to affect gaming

On Tuesday, the Town of Littleton employees received a holiday bonus. During a meeting in April discussing the budget, Finance Commissioner Lynn Moseley proposed a holiday bonus in recognition of the staff and in appreciation of the Town of Littleton employees. They received a bonus in the amount of each employee’s one week salary, full- and part-time. Mayor K. Owen Scott said the bonus was well received. “We found a way to get it in there to give a little bit of love,” he said. Moseley said, “We wanted them to know we appreciate them and that was the best way to do it.”
