Emotional celebration held for Montana Constitution s 50th anniversary

Remaining delegates of the 1972 Montana Constitutional Convention and their families gathered Wednesday in the House of Representatives chambers at the State Capitol to celebrate the document’s 50th anniversary.

Furniture World News By Nic Ledoux on 3/11/2021 The Specialty Sleep Association (SSA) Las Vegas showroom (C1565) will be open and ready for business for the upcoming April Market.  Five different companies will be working in the showroom, and another nine companies will have displays up and available virtually.  “We are looking forward to finally seeing buyers and our industry friends,” said SSA Executive Director Tambra Jones.  “Of course we will be working within COVID regulations, but it will be fun to recognize who’s behind-the-mask.”  The five companies staffing their showroom spaces in C1565 are Arason Enterprises Inc, BestRest LLC, Sleep and Beyond, Sleep in Motion and W.Silver Frames.

JIMITA L. KELLEY Jimita L. Kelley, 71, of Fort Dodge passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Friendship Haven. A visit­a­tion will be 11:00 AM Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Laufer­sweiler Funeral Home. At noon a private family graveside at Christ the King in Dayton will be held. Jimita Lynn Kelley was born the oldest daughter of James and Betty (Ware) Kelley on December 29, 1949 in Ottumwa, Iowa. She moved with her family to the Fort Dodge area in 1965 and was educated and graduated from Prairie Community High School in 1968. During her high school and young adult years she enjoyed riding her beloved horse, Rusty and served as Dayton Rodeo Queen in 1968. Jimi attended the Antonian School of Practical Nursing and graduated in 1970 as an LPN. She devoted most of her adult life to nursing first at Mercy Hospital in Fort Dodge and then Trinity Regional Medical Center. Jimi furthered her nursing education graduating in 1980 from Iowa Central Community College as a registered nurse
