Influence Media Partners, which launched as a stand-alone fund earlier this year with the backing of the Michigan Municipal Employment Retirement System, has invested in select copyrights from the song catalog of Ali Tamposi.

“After meeting with Ali and her team, Lylette and I knew instantly that her songs had to be part of our first acquisition for our new partnership with MERS,” Influence Media co-managing partner Lynn Hazan said in a statement.
