in other trial news, damaging testimony yesterday in the wife-beating murder trial of michael morton. the jury relied on the testimony of the travis county medical examiner who placed morton s time of death at 1:15 that morning, before michael left for work. the medical testimony as far as time of death seemed to point out to me that she had to have died much earlier than the time that michael was supposed to have gone to work. we brought two medical examiners to the stand, lyndon oron t orton from dallas, who had done the exhumation on lee harvey oswald. today the medical examiner took the stand. dr. vincent dimaio said it isn t
