Lyndhurst Mayor Patrick Ward delivered his third biannual state-of-the-city address Monday (May 1), and spoke of the pride he has in city workers. He also spoke of the need for residents to keep an eye out for each other, and touched on the Cleveland Clinic's move from its Richmond Road campus.
