Cameras caught a police robot taking a propane tank out of the car. And for those wondering what exploded and why, while police havent said that, or explained why the fbi may be involved a neighbor said he heard and felt the explosion. Giannaof the the homes around the car seemed to be damaged and weve reached out to daily city police and are waiting to hear back. San Jose City College classes will resume this morning following a bomb threat on campus last night. The school was evacuated and classes were canceled out of an abundance of caution. A bill making its way through the state legislature wants to double the fines for protesters who block highways and freeways. Its gaining bipartisan support in the state capitol.
