Trot Insider has learned that O Brien Award winning millionaire pacer Secrets Nephew has passed away at the age of 19. It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that Faith Valley Ranch announces the passing of Alberta stallion Secrets Nephew, said the farm in a statement, noting that the stallion passed away in late March. [He] was fine in the morning and we found him that afternoon laying in his paddock. Our vet is confident that Secrets Nephew suffered an Aneurysm. We are devastated. Although Secrets had only been with us here in Alberta for one year, he was certainly one of the farm favourites from the get go, the statement continued. We loved him dearly and really enjoyed his sweet personality. He will be forever missed. We have buried Secrets here on the farm underneath his favourite tree.
