“In my role, in preconstruction, we’re working across [Microsoft] Teams to develop proposals, progress designs, collaborate with clients and their supply chain, to reach contract,” Finn explains. “We’ve probably adopted technology in a way that I guess was somewhere around five years in advance of the natural evolution of our business.”
