The rivalry between the two German automakers has given birth to many arguments among fans of each brand, and one of the most heated debates is centered around their all-wheel-drive systems. But as we’re about to see, comparing quattro to xDrive isn’t as simple and straightforward as one might think. 16 photos
To understand why this comparison isn’t easy to make, we must keep in mind that both quattro and xDrive are monikers used to market various all-wheel-drive technologies, so we aren’t talking about one distinct system for each brand.

Now that’s how you start the celebration before the special car hits the ground! Lovely choice of rims , I have to say! I was reading the review and was thinking, “only if it had the M five spokes” and boom, here you are, with them in hand! Great addition and I’m sure your car will be the hottest 340i in town for a long time to come! On a side note, may I ask where / how you got those Mich PS4s? Especially with the tyre import ban really wrecking havoc with the enthusiasts cars’ shoes! Thanks Doc for the wishes & compliments.

The automotive industry has evolved over the past century from multiple perspectives, and people don t always agree to some changes. Some twenty years ago, manufacturers would only have a few models available, and that made it easier for people when purchasing a new car. Today, we re at a point where companies have got as many as 15 or more different models up for sale. 13 photos
And that can be very confusing for many people. This race to release more and more different models, each catering to different needs, seems to never end, and you sometimes can t even tell which one is which. But that s enough ranting for today, let s have a look at what the folks at Hagerty think about the 2020 BMW M8 Competition Coupe.
