He was arrested on Tuesday on a Dallas County warrant for assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, as per The Perry News, and could be charged with attempt to inflict serious injury. Mark Bishop, 61, was arrested at his home Tuesday morning in the 700 block of Waterview Circle on separate charges for assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. During Bishop s arrest, officer Dace Richardson says  Mark looked in my direction and several times coughed in my face.   Bishop was charged with assault with intent to inflict serious injury. COVID-19 has killed [many] people in this country and we do not understand how it reacts to different individuals, said Richardson in the complaint. Mark knowingly tried to spread the virus on myself and put me in fear for my health.
