WILKES-BARRE — The three finalists for the open position of full-time Luzerne County manager are Romilda Crocamo, Fred Rosencrans and William McIntosh.
The Luzerne County Manager Search Committee finished interviewing candidates this week and will soon recommend three finalists to county council, which will select the next manager.
