Two opposition assemblymen challenged former Chief Ministers Tan Sri Harris Salleh and Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan to come forward and clarify why they made the decision to sign the Petronas Agreement, which is part of the Petroleum Development Act (PDA) 1974.
