Massillon Museum to extend hours Feb 27

Massillon Museum to extend hours Feb. 27 The Times-Reporter The Massillon Museum, 121 Lincoln Way E, will remain open from 5 to 7 p.m. Feb. 27, coinciding with Massillon’s monthly Last Saturday event. The extended hours will allow visitors to meet the artist, Charles Mintz, whose photographs are exhibited in Studio M. “Charles Mintz: Lustron Stories” will close Feb. 28. The Lustron Corp. manufactured porcelain-baked-enamel-coated, all-steel houses between 1948 and 1950 in Columbus. Mintz photographed and interviewed 125 residents and owners of Lustron homes in 15 states for the exhibition. For information: massillonmuseum.org.
