PANO – In spite of living overseas for years, the image of Vietnam is always in Vietnamese expats’ heart, said overseas Vietnamese joining the Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary 2023 held by the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee.
Former Vice President Truong My Hoa, President of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, on March 13 handed over a decision recognizing the Vietnamese Association in Udon Thani as a club member and membership certificates to 33 overseas Vietnamese living in the locality.
More than THB10,000 (US$3,000) was raised by overseas Vietnamese living, working and studying in Thailand’s Udon Thani province for the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and its “For beloved Hoang Sa-Truong Sa” Club at a ceremony in the locality on March 13.
