The Board of County Commissioners of Luna County have announced 3 Notices of Intent to Adopt an Ordinance. Ordinance 101 is to establish procedures and controls for donated property; Ordinance 102 is to repeal all fee established in the Luna Code of Ordinances and establish by yearly Schedule of Fees Resolution; and Ordinance 103 is to establish internal procedures and plan to free land in long term tax delinquencies. The effective date of these ordinances is May 8
