General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, December 23, tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will have to halt their search for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and head home.
Carly would rather keep looking for Sonny, but she’ll need to return to her family for Christmas Eve. It’s clear that Jason and Carly aren’t going to find Sonny, so they might as well head back.
Although Carly will cling to hope that Sonny’s alive, she’ll definitely battle some worries. On the bright side, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will have a little Christmas surprise waiting for Carly when she returns with Jason.

Carly said that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) had been out of touch for a while, and Dante mentioned in conversation how Sonny had helped him and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) out with their house years ago.
Carly eventually admitted that Sonny did pay the difference between Dante and Lulu’s offer on the house and the final sale price. Dante said that he’d thank Sonny for that later.

General Hospital fans in on her recent departure from playing the role of Lulu Spencer.
As viewers recently saw, Lulu was injured in the blast at the Floating Rib. She made it through surgery but remained in a coma. Her mother Laura decided she would be better served at a specialized care facility outside of Port Charles. That means that for now, Lulu is out of the picture.

Curtis was upset because Marcus Taggert (Asante Jones) was alive, and he suspected that Jordan had known about it for a while. Jordan admitted that she was in on Taggert’s “death” from the beginning, and she said that she didn’t want to risk Curtis being charged as an accessory.
Curtis demanded to know who else knew about Taggert being alive, and he was peeved to learn that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) knew.
