Pictures from inside the tube show a white container inside a supermarket bag, on fire, with wires or lights protruding from it. The blast doesnt appear to have caused extensive damage, but eye witnesses have described seeing a wall of flame. Armed Police Officers and a Hazardous Area Response team are at the scene.
