The drill is set to take place from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. An airport spokesperson says the goal is to make sure the airport and other local agencies are prepared and ready to respond to emergencies. The drill will take place within the airport s property, but people might see smoke, emergency vehicles and other activity around the airport during the roughly three-hour drill.
