Were shot in broad daylight and were learning the youngest victim is a 12yearold girl. That shooting happened about 2 20 this afternoon and were learning its one of 2 shottings that happened today. What shes learning from the scene, jade. Oakland police have had their hands full this afternoon. 2 separate shootings and police are still investigating this one. Said the first shooting today happened in east oakland near a library just before this one at 103rd. Right now investigators dont know if the 2 are linked. At least 5 people were shot, one man, 3 women and a 12year old girl. Police say paramedics took the girl to the hospital but that shes going to be all right and is with her mother now.
