Lisbeth’s body was exhumed and an autopsy revealed she suffered contusions and puncture wounds on her head. According to reports, the wounds were covered up using superglue.
“I complained to the forensic doctor, because he had shaved my girl’s head, at that moment he pointed out the wounds that would have killed her and the ones that they put glue on, surely with the intention of covering the cuts,” Munoz told local news site Extra.
The police considered her death was due to violence, and issued a warrant for Hermida’s arrest on Dec. 29.
He is still on the run.
