. the latest arrest coming a month after brenton. surprisingly, escaped jail time in two separate cases in both minnesota and nevada, also involving, you guessed it, luggage theft. that is despite facing up to 15 years behind bars in those cases. now, i say that to say this, he had also been seen on camera and online wearing various pieces of women s clothing, again, allegedly stolen by brenton. but of course, he escaped facing the music. you will remember, he, of course, made headlines last year after being appointed to that position that oversees nuclear waste policy at the doctor s office of nuclear energy by virtue of that appointment by the bush administration. and yet we know this. there s another case now. now we don t have a court date for this latest case. but of course, as i get that information, i promised to pass it along. he could face more jail time. i say more . he hasn t faced yet, or rather, he hasn t served it yet. but we ll see if that changes this time out. we
