I thank Sophie Grégoire Trudeau for her invitation to Liberal staffers to attend a virtual yoga session she will lead to mark Canadian Mental Health Week.
Such an invitation should be extended to all politicians and experts who change their minds and decisions every hour on the hour. It might help to reduce public anxiety and unnecessary fear for example over which COVID-19 vaccine is better than the other.
