James Beard Foundation Taste of America Now in its 10th year, the Taste America series highlights the rich diversity of local food culture in cities across America, spotlighting chefs who are uniquely aligned with the Foundation’s mission. The Taste America San Antonio dinner features host chef Elizabeth Johnson from Pharm Table, and chefs Luciana Giangrandi and Alex Meyer from Boia De in Miami. The selected chefs demonstrate a commitment to their communities and an investment in a more equitable and sustainable industry. Proceeds from Taste America will benefit the featured chefs and their businesses, and James Beard Foundation's national programming, rooted in advocacy, sustainability and equity.
