Baylor, Cleveland Win State Duals Mat Titles Again

It seems like the rich get richer and the poor just have to keep fighting. That’s the way it was in the State Duals wrestling tournament in Williamson County Saturday.
It was a championship rematch in all three divisions and two of the three defending champions were able to prevail once again, top-ranked Baylor battling Christian Brothers in the D-II tournament while second-ranked Cleveland faced Wilson Central for the second straight year in AAA.
The A-AA final was another repeat, but Fairview came out ahead with a heart-stopping 39-36 victory over Pigeon Forge, a two-time defending champ who had won three of the past four titles.
