An Elkmont teenager was served Monday with capital murder arrest warrants for the fatal September 2019 shootings of five family members, but a backlog of Limestone County murder cases leaves it uncertain when his trial will take place.
Mason Sisk, who’s now 16, was indicted on the charges last month and was served with warrants at the Limestone County Jail, where he’s being held without bail.
