Banyan Tree progresses Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya project

The president of Thai-Chinese Cultural Relationship Council, Mr. Pinit Jarusombat, witnessed the signing of a cooperative agreement for “Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya” between Lunik Real Estate, led by Ms. Lu Meng, Managing Director, and Banyan Tree Group, led by Mr. Ho Kwon Ping, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Ms. Claire Chiang, Senior Vice President, Banyan Tree Holdings, at Banyan Tree Hotel, Bangkok, on 15 February 2021.
Lunik Real Estate is a joint venture company between Thai and Chinese businessmen with a view to developing Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya, a real estate project in Jomtien, Pattaya. The branded residential project comprises a 60-storey tower and a 31-storey tower, totalling 899 units. There has been a couple of movies about a dystopic future where everyone battles to the death over minuscule drops of water.
Many scientists and doomsday preppers are afraid that the dystopic waterless future might eventually come into existence. They are afraid that wars will be fought over water.
But, researchers from the National University of Singapore might have found a way to avoid those movies from being our reality.

According to some people, future wars will be fought over water, and a billion individuals throughout the world are already grappling to find sufficient water to survive.

Scientists from the National University of Singapore (NUS) have now addressed this problem. The team has developed a substance that removes water from the atmosphere without using any external power source.
