Parents suing Oxford Schools are amending their lawsuit with new allegations that an armed security guard could have prevented at least one death during the mass shooting back on November 30.
Attorney Ven Johnson told Judge Rae Lee Chabot that he viewed surveillance footage from the Nov. 30 Oxford school shooting and releasing it to him won't violate students privacy.
A judge previously ordered that surveillance footage from the day of the shooting be released in the civil case. The Oakland County prosecutor is expected to intervene about the release of other evidence.
