Police issue dispersal order following pre-arranged fight between 30 youths A dispersal order was put in place after almost 30 teenagers were caught fighting close to a town centre. On Friday evening, at around 8pm, officers received reports that a large group of youths had been involved in a scuffle, resulting in a 15-year-old boy being injured. Police who were already in the area engaging with groups of youths found a minor altercation had broken out between a small group, with the rest there as onlookers. Following the incident, rumours spread on social media that those involved had been carrying weapons, but officers were quick to dispel the assumptions.
