A public meeting on the planned $37.5 million Pond Creek Restoration Project in the Higbee Beach Wildlife Management Area is planned for 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, at the Lower Township Municipal Hall, 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas section.
