Instead we got federal mediator george cohen at 10 30 saying progress is being made, and the unions authorized him to speak for them. Negotiations have been continuing. The parties are totally engaged. Some progress has been made. You have a federal mediator and there are only a few federal mediators in the country working and a few are here.
