First Up, the New Taco of the Month: The Low Rider is turning on tastebuds with bold flavors. Crafted with marinated and grilled beef, sautéed cremini mushrooms, roasted poblanos and pickled onions with aged Manchego cheese, spicy horseradish cream, fresh cilantro and Diablo Sauce, it’s all served on a flour tortilla for just $6.50. Pair it with a cold Dos Equis or fresh-made margarita to enhance the taco experience.
