LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) This Christmas is coming with a free warm dinner for dozens of families in Greater Lafayette. Abounding Love Outreach Ministry wanted to provide for those in need. A lot of agencies do different things for Thanksgiving so Christmas was our thing, said Shonna Wilbourn, founder of Abounding Love Outreach Ministry.
A warm meal on Christmas can be hard to come by for people experiencing homelessness. That s why Wilbourn wanted to make sure she had the community covered.
