Auburn Main Street (AMS) and the Downtown Auburn Business Association (DABA) are extending a huge thank you to our community members for the support of our sixth annual âWe Love Auburn Month.â We are excited to report we had a record number of participants this year.
We are thankful for our community really coming together during the month of February and continuing the momentum of celebrating Auburn. Such success could not have been done without the generous annual sponsorship we received from Beacon Credit Union, DeKalb Visitors Bureau, Tempus Technologies, City of Auburn, Ambassador Enterprises, Auburn Hardwood Moldings and Credent Wealth Management.
AUBURN â We Love Auburn Month activities continue this weekend with ice sculpture demonstrations and display and carriage rides.
Auburnâs Arctic Display will take place at The James Cultural Plaza at 7th and Jackson streets downtown. Ice sculptors from Indiana Ice Studio will be on hand for ice sculpture demonstrations Friday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Sculptures are expected to last approximately 2-6 days, depending on the weather.
Also this weekend, Auburn Main Street is teaming with Visit DeKalb County to offer carriage rides from the DeKalb County Horsemenâs Association. Rides will take place Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 4-6 p.m. Drivers will pick up passengers by The James Cultural Plaza on Jackson Street. Carriage rides will be first come, first served, and freewill donations will be accepted for Auburn Main Street.
AUBURN — Auburn Main Street is selling event T-shirts for its second We Love Auburn Month Pub Crawl, which will take place Saturday, Feb. 27, from 4-10 p.m.
