I think we can all agree that Mother Nature is a little sadistic when it comes to spring in Louisiana! It was 80 degrees yesterday in Shreveport-Bossier and two weeks ago we had ice on the roads.
Crawfish prices in north Louisiana have slightly dropped by $2 per pound, now ranging from $10 to $12. Despite the decrease, sizes are still small. Shreveport Bossier areas offer boiled crawfish at just under $10 and live crawfish at $7.50 per pound.
