0 the corner. we ll see. id, thank you. reporter: thank you. kathleen sebelius offering this suggestion to avoid the website traffic jam. visit healthcare.gov no off-peak hours. is that really going to help? good evening senator. good evening. good to be with you. so what do you make of the secretary s advice as to how to make the website work, you re supposed to go to off-peak hours. seems like they re off peak. my constituents say they ve tried it all hours of the day. why should peent not be able to go on when they can go on. i think this shows there are still serious problems with the website. and this back end issue is a serious issue. because if the insurers are not getting accurate information then they cannot verify someone s enrolled. we also know that the problems are much deeper than the website and those are higher premiums. i spent all day in new hampshire today talking to business people and going to one of our hospitals that s been excluded from the exchange.
