Feb 6, 2021 Jeanne Marie Dunkle, 74, of Mill Hall passed away on Feb. 3, 2021 at UPMC. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy Wagner Sr. of Beech Creek. She was preceded in death by one brother, Harry Alvin Wagner Jr., and two sisters, Louise Council and Viginia Thompson. Jeanne was a 1965 graduate of Bald Eagle Nittany. She started her nursing career at Philipsburg State General Hospital where she graduated as a register nurse in 1968. Then she attended PSU where she earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 1972. Then continued her education at Bloomsburg University where she earned her Master of Science in nursing and majored in adult health and illness/neuroscience in 1993.
