To the bridge. They say that mother and daughter told police that they saw a man walking a carriage down the bridge, heard the sounds of a baby and then saw the baby being tossed into the river. Between here and basically through ducksbury on route three massdot reporting its not moving faster than 25 miles probably less and you can see a little bit of what has caused this.
