Police investigating but so far no charges filed against the driver of a tractortrailer that hit and killed a man this morning. The 22yearold was killed while walking on i95 near woodbridge. Police say the truck hit the victim while he and two other friends were walking to get help after the car ran out of gas. The other two people were not her. A family of a 29yearold man shot and killed by dc police speaking out and raising questions about yesterday morning shooting.
