The St. Louis Preservation Board will vote Monday whether to approve a new five-story apartment tower atop a historic Central West End building and the expansion of the symphony hall.
Rosati-Kain High, stated to close this spring, opened in the 1920s and was designed by architect Henry Hess, which could make it qualify for historic status.
