milwaukee is reporting 10, chicago at 12. chicago will only make it up to about 16, 17, maybe 18 degrees. but this is what it feels like with did you leiuluth at minus . bismarck minus 18, rapid city 15. it will be kind of in this swath pretty much from right around rapid city extending on over actually, more towards the st. louis area between 3 and 6 inches of snowfall with a little clipper system that s expected to move through. so st. louis on top of the already 13 inches of snow that you ve seen so far this month, there could be an additional 3 to 6 inches. all right. we divide the nation pretty much in half. and you re looking at some fairly moderate temperatures to the south. and by no stretch of the imagination, we re looking at warm temperatures in the southeast. but further north, yes, that s where that arctic air has plunged farther toward the south. one clipper moves through for
