It is backing up and we do not have light conditions. I think sometimes on friday people want lighter conditions and we can do a little bit for you. But at the bay bridge its busy and backed up for a 25 minute delay. Part of the reason is they had to close the bridge briefly westbound to get some debris. You can see there is a lot of destruction to the backside of this property. The fire started outside and encroached onto the property and started burning into the kitchen. The resident was able to get his family out the front door. Reporter outside the house i heard some popping noises and when i saw the smoke i started calling everybody to go out of the house.
